Symphony Knoll - 12 rental units, all are 1-bedroom apartments for people 55 and older
Mt. Airy Woods - 12 rental units, including six 1-bedroom units, three 2-bedroom units and three 3-bedroom units
Brook Street home - a derelict house that was refurbished and sold by CHN as an affordable owner-occupied home with a 1-bedroom affordable rental unit
Bank Street Townhouses - Four 3-bedroom townhouses sold as affordable homes to those earning 80 of the county median income
Discovery Cove Condominiums - Four 1-bedroom condominiums rented as affordable units to buyers 65 and older
West Wind homes - Two single-family homes sold as affordable homes
